How to reach?
Public transport: from Amsterdam Central Station, you can take all trams towards the city centre, getting off at stop 'Dam'. You can also use the North-South metro line (metro 52), which leaves from Amsterdam Central Station and Amsterdam Zuid Station, among others, getting off at 'Rokin'. For travel advice by public transport from your point of departure, visit www.9292ov.nl.
Own transport: you can (pay) park in parking garage Rokin, parking garage Central Station, parking garage De Bijenkorf, parking garage Nieuwendijk or Oosterdok Parking. These car parks are within walking distance of the Royal Palace Amsterdam.
By foot: from Amsterdam Central Station, a 10-minute walk. Exit the station from the main entrance (Stationsplein) and walk straight down Damrak until you reach Dam Square.
